The Algo 8198 SIP Ceiling Speaker is also available as the Algo 8198-IC InformaCast SIP Ceiling Speaker, a fully compliant endpoint for InformaCast-based voice paging, emergency alerts, and public announcements. As a third-party SIP device, the 8198-IC integrates seamlessly with most hosted, cloud, and on-premises VoIP telephone systems. Supporting multicast send and receive, Algo InformaCast endpoints—including the 8198-IC—can be scaled to cover buildings, campuses, or enterprise-wide deployments with minimal network traffic.
