Prime Business Phone (“Prime Business Phone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • Products must be in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products that have been used, installed, activated, or modified
  • Software licenses, digital products, or subscriptions
  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Return requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return

Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method
  • Prime Business Phone is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on product condition and return reason. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds include the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will review the claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first regarding any order issues. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may delay resolution and refund processing.
