The Algo 8188 SIP Ceiling Speaker is also available as the Algo 8188-IC InformaCast SIP Ceiling Speaker, a fully InformaCast-compliant endpoint designed for voice paging, emergency alerts, and music playback. This IP ceiling speaker is a third-party SIP endpoint, ensuring compatibility with most hosted, cloud-based, and on-premises VoIP telephone systems. The 8188-IC supports multicast send and receive, allowing scalable deployment across buildings, campuses, or enterprise networks with minimal network traffic. All original features of the Algo 8188 are retained in the 8188-IC model.
